A Few of My Favorite Things:

My hubby, my kids, my grandkids, my Yorkie, spending time with friends, writing, reading, and golf (not necessarily in that order). I love a good laugh. Hubby's good for that since he's a wannabe comedian. For that matter, so is my youngest daughter. Her youngest son is also a comic. Okay, I've been known to make a few people chuckle too.

Don't let me forget travel! I love to travel.

My Writing:

In July 2012, a tumor showed up on a routine mammogram. After more tests and a biopsy, it was found to be cancerous. I had surgery and am going through Chemo and ratiation therapy.

Therefore, my writing has been sporadic. Some days it's easier to concentrate than others. My novel, "Compelling Desire to Kill" was completed and sent to an editor. She suggested some changes which I expected to have completed by now. However, the cancer has elongated the process. I also have a half-finished memoir, several short stories, and some poetry.
